Returns Policy

All finished jewelry is guaranteed to be defect free.  Should any problems be evident, returns may be authorized in the first 10 days of receiving the product.  Items that are sized, mounted, or modified in any way will be voided of all waranties.  To return an item simply call our help line at 303-369-2005 (866-997-9937) for your return authorization information.

Shipping

 Note that there are restrictions on some products, and most products can only be shipped inside the U.S.A. (to U.S. addresses)

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
